Directed global student recruitment and international operations while also managing IT systems for student services. Designed and launched custom platforms for applications, agent management, and academic administration. Led the university-wide adoption of Microsoft 365 and enhanced cross-departmental collaboration.

Managed international education programs and student services for over 4,000 students. Led short-term program operations, recruitment campaigns, and cross-cultural events. Built administrative tools and guides to streamline immigration and onboarding processes.
